Reservation of accomodation
1. Is there a reception desk in the building?
No. We use the self-check-in system. We handle all the formalities by email or telephone.
2. What is the cancellation period of reservation? How can I get a refund?
If you cancel your reservation up to 14 days before the planned start of your stay, we will refund you 50% of the booking process costs. If you cancel a reservation purchased through our partners, please contact their support for further information.
If you cancel your reservation less than 14 days before the planned start of your stay, unfortunately we do not provide a refund.
3. Are the accomodation rates per room or per person?
The given price is per room/apartment (information about it can be found in the offer description).
4. Does the price include all the necessary taxes?

No. The cost of the reservation is final. No additional fees are required.
6. How can I make a reservation?
Reservation can be made through our website and our partners.
7. How can I pay?
Payments for reservations through our website are operated by Przelewy24. It is possible to pay via bank transfer, Blik or by card.

9. Can I get a tax invoice (e.g. VAT/GST/sales tax)?
Of course. We can issue an electronic tax invoice. Please send us the recipient's details along with the email address for the invoice to be sent.
1. What time can I contact you?
We are at your disposal between 11:00 and 23:00 (11:00 am and 11:00 pm).
2. In what languages can I communicate with you?
We communicate only in Polish and English.
3. How can I contact you?
We prefer contact by phone or email. For technical reasons, we do not respond to SMS messages. We also do not use Whatsapp or Viber applications.
Check-in / Check-out
1. Where can I get the keys to the apartment?
Two days before the planned start of your stay we will send you a check-in instructions. They will contain all the necessary information explaining how to get to the apartment. Instead of the keys you will get an access code allowing for self-check-in.
2. What time can I check-in?
Check-in is possible between 15:00 and 23:00 (03:00 pm and 11:00 pm).
3. Can I check-in after 23:00 (11:00 pm)?
Due to the self-check-in system, you can check-in after 23:00. However, please keep in mind that our phone support is available only until 23:00 and in the case of any problems we will not be able to help you in the later hours.
The exception are the apartments at 7 Chmielna St., 75 Złota St. and 43/49 Hoża St. In these apartments there are intercoms installed; they turn off at midnight. Check-in after midnight is not possible.
4. What time can I check-out?
Check-out is possible before 11:00 (11:00 am). Attention! The exception are the facilities at 116 Chmielna St. – you should leave them before 10:00 (10:00 am).
5. Can I check-out later?
We do not offer the possibility of late check-out. Each additional hour started costs PLN 50.
6. Can I leave my luggage before check-in or after check-out?
We do not offer the possibility of leaving luggage in the facility before check-in or after check-out due to the leaving/arriving guests, the apartment preparing time and the system of self-check-in codes.
1. What does a room and apartment mean?
Room means a single room for the guest's use in an apartment consisting of several rooms (rented to other guests) and common areas (e.g. kitchen, bathroom). The apartment means the entire apartment for guest use (all rooms).
2. Are there towels, soap, a dryer and basic kitchen utensils available in the facility?
Yes. We provide a basic equipment in all our facilities.
3. Are the facilities cleaned daily?
The apartments and rooms are cleaned after guests check-out. The common areas (e.g. kitchen, bathroom etc.) are cleaned daily.
4. Can I get a private bathroom?
If you have booked a room (this does not apply to apartments), the bathroom is available for use by all guests.
5. Is breakfast included in the price?
We do not offer a catering services.
6. Is parking space provided?
In some buildings it is possible to rent a parking space for PLN 30 per day. If you want to find our if this service is available for your facility, please contact us through the CONTACT section.
There are also many public car parks near the facilities, but please keep in mind that some of them may not be free.
Rules of behavior
1. What is the maximum room capacity?
Our rooms are designed for a maximum of two people. If you are planning a visit in a larger group, we recommend renting a few rooms or an apartment.
2. Is smoking allowed?
Smoking of any tobacco products in the facilities is not allowed. Breaking this rule will result in charging you with costs of PLN 400 for deodorization and cleaning of the apartment.
3. Are pets allowed?
No, pets are not allowed in all our facilities.
